Diagnosed at age 42
I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Breast Cancer at the age of 42 years old. Although I had had multiple mammograms and ultrasounds, my breast cancer was not detected for almost a year. It wasn’t until I had a Breast MRI that my cancer was seen. If you know that there is something wrong within your body, please don’t stop until you get the answers. My faith, my family, and my friends helped me to stay positive, have courage, and to “Be Brave.”
